Now let's rearrange the page a bit. Expand the "Features" tab.
Each row ("LOGO", "DATE", "TOPTAB", etc.) is a Joomla module. In Joomla, modules are "'boxes' that are arranged around a component, for example: the login module." (See all the Joomla extensions defined.)
This tab doesn't replace the default Joomla Module Manager, but it's great for quick changes on certain modules. You can toggle each of these boxes on and off. Even better, you can set each module's position on the page.
